Shipping Policy

We ship all orders from within the United States. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days, and delivery windows depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Shipping methods

Standard shipping: 5–8 business days after processing.
Expedited shipping: 2–4 business days after processing.
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

Tracking

Every order receives a tracking number once it ships. You will receive an email with the tracking link as soon as the carrier scans the package.

Delivery issues

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark early), then contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
